Don Trump Jr. Reportedly ‘Furious’ at Tiger Woods’ ‘Alarming’ Behavior involving His Kids Amid the Golfer’s Romance with His Ex-Wife

Sometimes the world is a very small place, and the people you least expect to have a connection end up having a pretty big one. That’s the case with Tiger Woods and Donald Trump Jr. And, right now, after Woods was arrested for DUI, the surprising connection is once again being dissected. But how do the two know each other?
Well, Woods is dating Vanessa Trump, Donald Trump Jr.’s ex-wife. So, that makes them almost family, in a way. And right now, that means Donald Trump Jr isn’t too happy about the latest reports about the famous golfer. Particularly considering his kids.
“This isn’t casual concern — he’s furious. Those are his kids. Full stop,” an insider told Rob Shuter.

Woods has always had a complicated reputation, but he’s also widely considered one of the best golfers ever, which means a lot of his problematic behavior has been excused because of his talent and his friendship with the US President. But insiders say Donald Trump Jr. has never been convinced.
“Everyone else gave Tiger the benefit of the doubt. But Don always saw the red flags. Always.” And now, with the latest news, it’s worse. “Having Tiger as a friend of the family is one thing. Having him around your kids? That’s a completely different story — and, to Don, it’s alarming.”
Woods was arrested on Friday, March 27, and charged with DUI with property damage, as well as refusal to submit to a lawful test. He was involved in a rollover crash in Jupiter Island, Florida, where he lives. He was famously arrested for DIU in 2017, with that instance involving prescription drugs.
In this arrest, officers have said alcohol was not involved, but Woods was demonstrably impaired.
And Donald Trump Jr. seems to have a real problem with Woods being around his kids, considering this. “He doesn’t think Tiger has changed. He refuses to get help. In Don’s mind, this is who he is — and it’s not someone he wants influencing his children.”
Sources indicate Don Jr. isn’t trying to tell his ex what to do. “He knows Vanessa can do whatever she wants. That’s her life.” However, he’s drawing a line when it comes to his kids. “That’s where he draws the line. He’s not backing down on that.”
And don’t expect a public blowup — at least not yet. This is being handled in-house. “But make no mistake — behind closed doors, he’s crystal clear: keep Tiger away from his kids.”
Woods and Vanessa Trump, Donald Trump Jr’s ex-wife, have been dating since late 2024. They went public with their romance in early 2025. Woods has two kids, daughter Sam Alexis Woods and son Charlie Axel Woods, with his ex-wife, Elin Nordegren.
Vanessa Trump, meanwhile, has five children with her ex-husband, Donald Trump Jr., three sons and two daughters: Kai, Donald III, Tristan, Spencer, and Chloe.
