Relationships end for a myriad of reasons. Some involve another person. Some have to do with personality issues that cannot be reconciled And some involve specific behaviors by one of the parties in the relationship. Now, it seems like Tiger Woods’ DUI arrest might have more consequences than just an arrest.
That’s right, reports indicate that Vanessa Trump, Donald Trump Jr.’s ex-wife, who had been dating Woods since 2024, has put her romance on pause with the star golfer after his latest DUI arrest. Rob Shuter is reporting that Vanessa Trump had been spending significant time with Tiger, alongside her children. Now, that’s changed.

“She’s gone,” one insider said. “She’s not there anymore.” And sources indicate it all has to do with the recent DUI. “That situation was a wake-up call,” the source explained. “She’s not doing messy again.”
Vanessa Trump’s divorce from Donald Trump Jr. was indeed very public.
“She’s been through chaos before,” the insider added. “She’s not putting herself — or her kids — back in that position.” Vanessa Trump has five children with her ex-husband, Donald Trump Jr., three sons and two daughters: Kai, Donald III, Tristan, Spencer, and Chloe.
“Her priority is her children,” the source said. “That comes before everything.”
Woods, meanwhile, is “dealing with his own issues,” according to the insider. “But Vanessa isn’t making that her responsibility.” And the breakup was reportedly not dramatic. “She didn’t make a scene,” the source shared. “She just stepped back and chose a different path.”
It all comes after reports that Donald Trump Jr. was less than pleased after Wood’s recent arrest. “This isn’t casual concern — he’s furious. Those are his kids. Full stop,” an insider told Rob Shuter.
“Everyone else gave Tiger the benefit of the doubt. But Don always saw the red flags. Always.” And now, he feels vindicated. “Having Tiger as a friend of the family is one thing. Having him around your kids? That’s a completely different story — and, to Don, it’s alarming.”
People reported the same thing, “Don Jr. has been supportive of Tiger and Vanessa, especially when it comes to the kids, which is always his main focus,” a source close to Trump said. “But the recent situation raised some concerns for him.”
That source also said that Don “knows Vanessa can make her own decisions, but they’re a team when it comes to coparenting,” and “he’s just thankful Vanessa and the kids weren’t involved.”
Woods was arrested on Friday, March 27, and charged with DUI with property damage, as well as refusal to submit to a lawful test after he was involved in a rollover crash in Jupiter Island, Florida. Law enforcement said alcohol was not involved, but Woods was demonstrably impaired.
Shuter had also reported that, “He doesn’t think Tiger has changed. He refuses to get help. In Don’s mind, this is who he is — and it’s not someone he wants influencing his children.”
